Using the buttons to the left, complete the registration form AND pay the program entry fee. This is required for all students even if you are only interested in Drop-in/PD care.
* A response is required in each section in order to complete the form.

** Program entry fee is a one-time non-refundable fee (even when program is used intermittently, it is paid only once).


Hawks Kids staff will review the registration form and available space. Priority will be given to those requesting Full Time or consistent After School and Before School Care. Drop-in Care students will only be able to sign up 2 weeks in advance for any available spots. 

We will contact you confirming there is space and the start date for your student(s) to enter the program. If no space is available, you will be placed on the waitlist until a spot opens up.
